Can I track my order?
Yes! All shipments include a tracking number. You will automatically receive an email with the tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the EU as well as Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, UAE, UK, and USA. Please note that additional customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days to return your order. The legal withdrawal period of 14 days for EU customers remains unaffected.
Are returns free?
Yes, for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, we offer free return labels. For full returns or partial returns of orders over 150€, a return fee of 5.90€ applies.

When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and checking your return, you will receive your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Which size should I choose?
Our products are available in unisex sizes. T-shirts and Boxy Hoodies are available in XS-2XL, Fleece/Retro Hoodies and Sweatpants in S-2XL. Check our
size chart for detailed measurements.
What does "Heavyweight" mean?
Heavyweight means that our fabrics are significantly heavier and more robust than standard clothing. While normal T-shirts weigh 150-180 g/m², we use 280-425 g/m². The result: durability, a better feel, and a shape that lasts.

Are the products oversized?
Our T-shirts and Retro Hoodies have an oversized fit. Boxy Hoodies have a deliberately boxy cut. Sweatpants have a relaxed fit. Choose your normal size for the perfect look.
How do I care for my Heavyweight products?
Wash at max. 30°C inside out, avoid the dryer, and iron at a low temperature. This way, your products will stay like new for years.
